This paper introduces the principle and realization method of three-dimensional reconstruction of CT tomographic images by using Matlab software. Using computer graphics and image processing technology, the two-dimensional image sequence of human tomography (CT) and other imaging equipment is reconstructed into three-dimensional image data in the computer, and the three-dimensional view of human organs is vividly displayed on the screen. The reconstructed organ image can be rotated and scaled, and the reconstruction method is simple and the display effect is good.
