As a member of the editorial board of Middle School Mathematics, he often reviews and writes for the magazine. Mr. Gan Dawang, a special-grade teacher who was the original host of the "New Topic Exhibition" column of this magazine, once commented on his manuscript: "Your review and revision of this manuscript is thoughtful, meticulous and dedicated, and it also shows that your mathematical thinking is rarely replaced. Learning in mountainous areas is better than learning in metropolitan provinces. " As the backbone author of middle school mathematics, he was selected as the cover figure of the 2008 middle school mathematics issue 10. He also received careful guidance and encouragement from Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Professor Qi, President of Wu Dayuan, Professor Lu Jianke, former chairman of Hubei Mathematical Society, Professor Zhang Yingbo, editor-in-chief of Mathematical Bulletin, doctoral tutor professor of Beijing Normal University and expert professor of number theory.

I have been teaching for more than 20 years, and my consistent work style is earnest, responsible, diligent and efficient: I was transferred to Shiyan Dongfeng High School because of my work needs, and then I worked as a math teacher in Class 1, Grade 3. Two months later, he taught another math class in senior three, and the grades of the two classes rose rapidly until the college entrance examination. Every time he takes a new lesson, he starts with cultivating students' interest, and students' grades can always be improved quickly. Students call him "Gan Zhongyi" and school leaders call him "Gan Ruling the Country".

He has unique and in-depth research on middle school mathematics textbooks (he has published many papers on research textbooks). After the busy teaching work, I worked hard and insisted on writing. Since I published the monographic research paper {R(n )} in February 1994 in Mathematics Exchange, the earliest secondary mathematics journal in China, more than 600 papers (nearly 2.5 million words) have been published in various journals and newspapers. Many of them were reprinted or indexed by the authoritative copy of Mathematics Teaching in Middle Schools (China Renmin University) (for example, The Research and Improvement of Solving Several Problems in the College Entrance Examination in 2008 published in the No.1 12 issue of Beijing Mathematics for Middle Schools in 2008 was reprinted in the No.3 issue of Mathematics Teaching in Middle Schools in 2009), and the Central Institute of Education and other units obtained 53 articles. His monographs "Elementary Mathematics Research (I)" and "Elementary Mathematics Research (II)" (* * 265438+ ten thousand words) were published by Harbin Institute of Technology Press in September 2008 and May 2009 respectively. He also contributed many questions to the "Hope Cup" math competition in senior high school and won the proposition prize, and won the excellent tutoring prize in the fourth (2008) "Hope Cup" national youth math competition. As early as July 3rd, 1997, the feature film "Plum Blossom Fragrance Comes from Bitter Cold" reflecting Mr. Gan Zhiguo's teaching and research deeds was broadcast on Hubei TV Station. His personal biography has been included in many ancient books such as China Dictionary of Contemporary Education Celebrities and Masters (1999 China Science and Technology Press). In 2008, he was awarded the title of "Advanced Worker of Quality Education in China" and "Advanced Worker of Quality Education in China". He was also listed as the cover figure of Middle School MathematicsNo. 10 of Hubei University, and was also named as a 20 1 1 Hubei famous teacher.
