As a Chinese teacher, I have always been confused about the teaching of new textbooks. As far as the teaching of new words is concerned, there are both reading and writing in a class. The requirement of reading is that you can read and write, and the requirement of writing is that you can read and write. But in many feedback exercises, including speaking and writing, the requirements of reading and writing are the same. Usually, in the copying of words, there are also some copies of recognized words, but in the feedback, it is found that students' mastery of words is not firm. Because according to students' learning rules and their age characteristics, they can't master so many new words. Reflecting on my own educational behavior and blindly following the trend have caused twice the result with half the effort in my work, and I feel a little ashamed. This method improves children's interest in writing, and at the same time develops a good learning attitude of serious writing. Copying words is boring, but it is essential. How to make copying words interesting and make children willing to copy words needs encouragement. My method is to copy the words of each text three times. If the dictation of three consecutive texts is correct, then the words in the next text can only be copied once. In this way, the child's initiative is greatly stimulated. When copying words, they don't just copy mechanically to finish their homework, but take the initiative to remember. Therefore, this homework will be layered, and children with good foundation can do other more efficient homework, while children with poor foundation can only copy it several times to deepen their memory. Reading the text is also an essential homework for the lower grades, but many students often regard it as a task. Now my homework for students is to preview the text by myself.
