Participated in oil leakage treatment of axial-flow turbine runner in Gezhouba Power Plant, anti-wear test and on-site anti-wear spraying of metallic and nonmetallic materials of flow parts of the unit, renovation of 170MW large shaft seal, renovation of control ring and relay of 170MW unit, optimization of 125MW large shaft seal, renovation of governor mechanical cabinet and renovation of floating tile, and put forward and sorted out some technologies. Be responsible for handling the oil leakage accident of elastic oil tank of 14F thrust bearing, burning accident of 2F imported elastic metal-plastic bearing bush, serious damage accident of mirror plate, central crack and manhole accident of 2F hydraulic turbine, and accident of inlet working door of 14F hydraulic unit. Many problems in production have been successfully handled and solved, and corresponding technical optimization and transformation measures have been put forward. He has presided over and coordinated the handling of major accidents in the mechanical part of the hydro-generator set since 1997 in Gezhouba Hydropower Plant, as well as technical work such as overhaul, general overhaul and equipment optimization and transformation, and is one of the main leaders of the research project on capacity expansion and transformation of hydro-generator set in Gezhouba Hydropower Plant. He has successively written papers such as Cause Analysis and Treatment of Thrust Bearing Bushing Burning, Application of Soviet Elastic Metal-plastic Bushing in Gezhouba Power Plant, Operation Summary of Elastic Metal-plastic Bushing, Operation Maintenance of Ring Relay, Technical Transformation Summary of Electromechanical Equipment in Gezhouba Power Plant, Operation Management of Gezhouba Power Plant and Application of Elastic Metal-plastic Bushing, and published them in some domestic technical journals. He presided over the compilation of Interim Rules for Operation and Maintenance of Elastic Metal-plastic Bearing Bushings, Interim Rules for Working Door of Upstream Water Falling of Units, and Maintenance Rules for Water, Power Generation and Dispatching Parts of Power Plants, etc. 1992 and 200 1 won the Five Small Achievement Award of Hubei Province and the second prize of provincial science and technology promotion respectively. He is a member of the Hydraulic Abrasion Committee and the Hydraulic Machinery Committee of China Hydropower Engineering Society.
