These two months of internship have made me feel a lot. My internship class is Grade 20 1 class. A large group of children aged eight or nine are cute, lively, active and naughty. I remember the first day I entered the classroom. In the afternoon, some students sent me their own paintings. I am very touched.
After listening to a week's class, I began to go to the podium and started my first "debut". Of course, I was particularly nervous at first. Due to my inexperience and poor adaptability, there are some phenomena such as "the focus of lectures is not prominent, the order of lectures is unclear, and the cooperation between teachers and students is not tacit enough". In view of the problem, the instructor asked me to attend more lectures, learn from experienced teachers, and point out the shortcomings of the teaching plan and the classroom in person. Helping to revise the lesson plan, they have no shelf at all, and more are friendly conversations like friends.
In order to make up for my own shortcomings, I carefully prepare lessons in strict accordance with the requirements of the school and the instructor, compile teaching plans, actively learn from other students and teachers, ask more people for advice, seize the opportunity of each class, and exercise and cultivate my teaching ability.
In the course of class, I encountered many difficulties: for example, students' uncooperative often made me feel sad. I was advised to use coercion at that time. Such as standing penalty and squatting penalty. Admittedly, this method can only barely maintain classroom order. But this undoubtedly deepens the gap between teachers and students, and even makes students feel tired of learning. As educators, we should strive to create a democratic and harmonious teaching atmosphere and establish an equal relationship between teachers and students in teaching activities. Moreover, teachers should regard themselves as a member of the activity and be a mentor and friend to students. The teaching effect I achieved is not bad. Some naughty students are much more serious in my class and actively raise their hands to answer questions.
Children aged eight or nine are very active, and their attention is easily distracted, which affects the teaching effect. In order to improve this situation, I add small red flowers to the blackboard for each group and small red flowers to the groups that listen carefully. This method has achieved good results. In the past, I often shouted and couldn't control my voice because of the students' desertion. Now I can control the class well and ask for benefits directly from the class.
As the saying goes, "the knower is not as good as the knower, and the knower is not as good as the knower." For a pupil, interest is very important. My experience is that we must arouse students' interest in learning and let them learn actively in happiness. Whether it is Chinese or mathematics, I always adopt the teaching method of taking students as the main part and teachers as the auxiliary part. As long as students read and ask questions in class, and then let students act as small teachers to comment, I will supplement and correct them. Because the classroom is dominated by students' lectures, the initiative and enthusiasm of students are fully mobilized, and the teaching method of "I want to learn" has changed from "I want to learn". Stimulated students' strong interest in learning.
Senior two students like to show off, so I attach great importance to encouraging them according to their personality and age characteristics. As long as they answer questions, I always say to them in encouraging language: "nice", "very loud", "not bad" and so on. They were praised by their teachers and their enthusiasm was improved. Over time, they got into the habit of raising their hands to answer questions. And the students answered the questions very well, so I asked all the students to use "great, great, great!" " Encourage them with words of encouragement, so that the classroom atmosphere is fully active and the students are full of emotions, which has played a good teaching effect. It is very important to correct homework and students' mistakes. When I correct every student's mistake, I will write encouraging comments, and emphasize the importance of revision in the comments, and encourage and inspire according to each student's situation. For those students who still don't review after my request, I write it in my homework. My guiding ideology is to constantly give students the opportunity to correct their mistakes until they know and correct them. For individual students, I will coach them until they take the initiative to correct their mistakes. As an educator, we should have such patience to correct students' shortcomings.
During the whole internship, I found that the work of the head teacher was the most memorable. Because the second-year students are still young, their self-organization and restraint ability is still very poor, especially the underachievers. This requires teachers to lead them and tell them what to do. I pay special attention to the work of underachievers and realize the educational ideal of "there are no students who can't teach well", because I believe that there are no students who can't teach well, only teachers who can't teach well, so I pay great attention to the improvement of my own quality. In this regard, I will never reprimand them, but patiently educate them, chat with them, get to know them and prescribe the right medicine. Create opportunities for them to participate in class activities and let them know that teachers value them. Good academic performance is only one aspect of a child's healthy growth. You can't doubt a child's ability just because his grades are not ideal, because there are many talents. With my careful efforts, several underachievers in my class have made remarkable progress in their grades. They never failed in the previous exam, but they passed the next two unit exams, Chinese and Mathematics. From this, I deeply realized that those underachievers should not just be reprimanded and punished for standing and squatting, but should understand their inner world and prescribe the right medicine.
How time flies! The short two-month internship is over. The two-month internship has made a qualitative leap in my teaching experience and learned a lot of knowledge that books can't learn. "Knowledge is endless." While getting good grades, don't forget to surpass yourself. My passion for education will inspire me to keep moving forward.
