He is currently the director of the interdisciplinary research center of applied psychology in the College of Education of Zhejiang University. 65438-0984 graduated from Chengdu Institute of Physical Education, Sichuan Province. After graduation, he worked as a sports psychology research service in the national shooting team. 1987- 1995, formerly worked in the office of the Chinese Sports Science Society of the State Sports Commission. 1995 went to Australia for further study. After receiving a master's degree from 65438 to 0997, he worked in the Department of Psychology, University of Wollongong, Australia.
