Yang Bing is currently a doctoral student majoring in tourism management in Sun Yat-sen University. As a youth tourism culture village official, Yang Bing's work is closely related to the "One Zhe Ke Plan". This is a tourism poverty alleviation project initiated by Professor Bao Jigang, the tutor of Yang Bing. The original intention is to solve the problem of indigenous people's emigration caused by the development of rural tourism industry, so that villagers can continue to live in the countryside, at the same time realize tourism reception and continue the traditional production and lifestyle. As a typical case of poverty alleviation through tourism in China, "Achek Plan" has been widely affirmed and aroused great concern.
With the concept of "Zhe Ke Plan", Yang Bing is facing huge practical obstacles. Foreign investors took a fancy to the rural natural landscape. Considering the commercial value, they rented houses in the village to develop homestays and restaurants, but the aborigines were forced to move. "Without the villagers in the village, the real village will no longer exist. What shall we do? In order to make the local people cooperate with the Akko Project and reduce their psychological distance from the villagers, Yang Bing decided to teach himself hani language from scratch. In order to let tourists deeply experience the national weaving and feel the traditional culture, he also repaired the traditional loom with his own pocket.
"One Zhe Ke plans to operate for one year, and Yang Bing has earned poverty alleviation funds through tourism construction. At the end of the year, he distributed 70% of the tourism revenue to each villager, and the remaining 30% was used as village collective expenditure for rural infrastructure construction, such as the preparation of rural libraries and the construction of rural public baths. This move has broken through the lifestyle of poor and closed villages and brought about earth-shaking changes in the cultural outlook of the villages.
From June, 2065438 to June, 2008, Yang Bing officially took over the investigation of the terraced fields in Yuanyang, Honghe, and stayed in the village with the excitement that "newborn calves are not afraid of tigers". He thought the villagers would actively cooperate. Unexpectedly, after two months, everyone looked on coldly. In order to settle his mind, Yang Bing had hesitated, hesitated and lost. Through the unmanned aerial vehicle, he has a panoramic view of the vast mountainous area on the vast Yuan Ye, in which the terraced fields are the remaining heritage and a gift from nature. At that moment, he strengthened his determination to protect them.
In order to activate the local tourism ecology, Yang Bing thought of ways to make tourists interact with aborigines. He gathered the children of the village and the children of tourists and held a garbage collection activity in the field. It not only enriches the children's public welfare experience, but also solves the problem of white pollution. Under the leadership of Yang Bing, the villagers actively cooperated and every household was cleaned. The pastoral scenery has been restored to simplicity and purity, and the old look has changed. Clean and tidy field paths and lush original courtyards make this beautiful village look like a vivid picture. The exploration of tourism poverty alleviation has also become an effective practice of rural revitalization.
