However, a black hole is just a special celestial body in the universe. The matter swallowed by the black hole stops moving, while the matter outside the black hole is still moving, and time is not over. Even if the matter swallowed by the black hole really stops moving, it is still a question mark. Therefore, in an absolute sense, time has no end, no beginning, no beginning and no end.
