Since taking up my present job, under the correct leadership of Party committees and governments at all levels and under the correct guidance of higher-level business departments, I have adhered to the Four Cardinal Principles, persisted in reform and opening up, adhered to the principles, policies and lines of the China Party, worked hard to practice Theory of Three Represents Theory, actively participated in various political and current affairs studies organized by local party committees and governments, and constantly strengthened my professional quality. Conscientiously study and implement the Animal Epidemic Prevention Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Regulations on Animal Epidemic Prevention of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and relevant laws and regulations on animal husbandry and veterinary, at the same time strengthen the study of basic theoretical knowledge, and insist on subscribing to academic journals such as Guangxi Animal Husbandry and Veterinary, China Veterinary Magazine, etc. Through continuous study, my ideological and theoretical accomplishment has been further improved, and I can keep abreast of the new progress and trends of animal husbandry and veterinary science and technology, actively explore new theories and research new methods, so that I can be competent for my work. The work since taking office is summarized as follows:
I. Animal epidemic prevention work
Since the institutional reform in 20xx, I have been engaged in animal husbandry and veterinary work in xx town. Adhere to the work requirements of spring and autumn surprise immunization and annual needle supplement. In recent years, the animal epidemic prevention work of three village committees in XX village, XX village and XX community, with the assistance of village epidemic prevention personnel, has achieved the prevention and control goal of "immune density 100% and immune antibody protection rate above 85%". Through hard work, the animal epidemic prevention work in this area has been at the forefront of the town for several years in a row. At the beginning of this year, when everyone was still immersed in the thick atmosphere of the Spring Festival, we were already busy going to the village to immunize poultry against bird flu. On the second day of the lunar new year, the inspection team of the autonomous region came to our town to conduct a spot check on the prevention and control of avian influenza, and conducted a detailed inspection in the XX village committee under my jurisdiction. The immune density reached 100%, which gave me a thumbs-up and especially praised my bird flu prevention and control work at the county inspection summary meeting.
Two. Quarantine work
In strict accordance with the operating procedures stipulated in the National Animal Quarantine Law, every step of pig quarantine from pre-slaughter quarantine to post-slaughter quarantine is very detailed to ensure that people can eat assured meat. In recent years, I have found four problem pigs and 280 kilograms of problem pork, and I have done patient and meticulous ideological work for the slaughter owners of these pigs and their products, and carried out harmless treatment in accordance with relevant regulations, thus reducing and avoiding the occurrence of problems.

With the rapid development of animal husbandry and veterinary cause, we constantly absorb and apply domestic new theories, new knowledge, new technologies and new methods, understand and master the new trends of animal husbandry and veterinary science and technology, provide valuable information to the masses in time, discuss the best production mode with relevant scientific and technological personnel and farmers, promote scientific feeding, and carry out environmental protection and standardized management of livestock and poultry breeding. Independently undertaken a number of promotion work such as binary sow breeding technology and pig high fever prevention and control technology, which was fully affirmed by higher authorities and praised by the masses.
Fourth, learn and improve.
Animal husbandry and veterinary work is a highly technical work. To do this job well, I must master a lot of theoretical knowledge and rich practical experience. In many years of work, I have been using my spare time to study, read through, get familiar with relevant professional knowledge, and apply the theoretical knowledge I have learned to practice in my work, which has accumulated some work experience and improved my professional level. At present, I am an animal husbandry and veterinary undergraduate in the College of Zoology, Guangxi University. I often take part in business training organized by higher authorities, and all of them have been admitted. I have obtained the certificate of animal quarantine officer and the certificate of national professional and technical personnel computer ability application examination. 20xx and 20xx have been rated as excellent by the county personnel bureau for two consecutive years. This year, two academic papers, Prevention and Treatment of Yellow and White Diarrhea in Piglets and Technical Measures to Improve the Litter Size of Sows, were published.
