Turn on the computer. Shift+command+C, select the local disk. Select the repository, select the folder marked red, and then click the Adobe folder. Locate the PS folder, then the AMT folder, and finally the application.xml file. Right-click TextEdit to open the application.xml file. Replace the highlighted zhCN with enUS and start the software.

The second method: find PS software. Double-click to enter the PS file and select the Locales folder. Change zhCN to zhTW Chinese and it will become English. If you want to change it back, change zhTW to zhCN. Note: There are only two commonly used English-Chinese interchange solutions in PS software. If the software version is different, the solution used will change accordingly.
