How many prisons are there in Zhejiang No.2 Women's Prison?
Three.

Over the years, under the correct leadership of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Justice and the Zhejiang Provincial Prison Administration, prisons have always unswervingly implemented the prison work policy of "combining punishment with education, aiming at reforming people", closely focused on the overall goal of building a "boutique women's prison", adhered to legal, strict, scientific and civilized management, and embarked on a development path that conforms to the actual situation of prisons. The prison has been awarded second-class merit and third-class merit by the collective, named as a ministerial-level modern civilized prison by the Ministry of Justice, awarded the National Red Flag Collective by the All-China Women's Federation, and jointly awarded the National Excellent Youth Rights Protection Post by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the Ministry of Justice. The scientific and civilized management of prisons, the educational reform and psychological correction aimed at the characteristics of female prisoners have won unanimous praise from guests at home and abroad, and become an important window to show the achievements of China's modern and civilized prison construction and the civilization of socialist penalty execution system.

The third prison in Zhejiang Province (Qiuchuan Town, Changshan County, Quzhou City) only holds male criminals. Female prisoners are held in Zhejiang Women's Prison (Yuxin Road, Hangzhou) and Zhejiang No.2 Women's Prison (Jiangtang Town, Wucheng District, Jinhua City) respectively.

In recent years, juvenile delinquency (15 ~ 34 years old) has become the focus of social attention. According to the statistics of prisoners in the Second Women's Prison in Zhejiang Province, about 60% of young criminals come from incomplete family structures. During serving their sentences, such criminals show indifference, lack of sense of responsibility and spirit of cooperation, weak psychological endurance, inferiority and imbalance.

Although "educational reform" is a behavioral verb, it is not only action, but also needs to influence the mind and correct behavior. The Second Women's Prison in Zhejiang Province has always adhered to the combination of the rigidity of law enforcement and the flexibility of humanistic care, and used certain educational means and methods to teach humanity and enlighten kindness to help criminals eliminate the adverse effects brought by "coming from a family".

Find your original heart under humanistic care

Tang,1born in February, 1988, was sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment 10 years for committing fraud in July, 2010, and is currently serving his sentence in the Second Women's Prison of Zhejiang Province. Tang was born in a family of "the man is outside the house and the woman is inside". My father struggled with her mother's repeated language attacks, and finally left home to start a business in a fit of pique, while her busy mother entrusted her daughter to the care of the nanny. The doting of the nanny and her mother created her selfish and arrogant temper. As he grew older, Tang became particularly rebellious, made many friends in the society, and was eventually imprisoned for committing fraud.

After being imprisoned, the police encouraged Tang to participate in psychological group assistance and various special education activities with "cultivating the mind" as the main line. In the traditional cultural and educational activities, he regained his world outlook, outlook on life and values. In the activity of "Dad I love to hear, I want to tell you", Tang once again felt his deep yearning for his parents. In the activity of "writing a letter home", Tang said that if I hadn't come to prison to serve my sentence, I might never be able to express myself clearly. In fact, everything I do is just a desire for a complete family. Family exists objectively and inevitably, and parents' love for their children will not be affected by any lifestyle of their children.
