First, the text underline is aligned.
Text underline alignment is often used in the cover of papers. When you underline a paper, because of the difference in the number of words, you often can't align when you underline it. As shown in the figure below.
How to align underscores uniformly? It's actually quite simple. We just need to add a table to the text to quickly align the underline.
The specific operation steps are as follows:
1. First insert a table with 2 columns and 4 rows, and resize the table.
2. Enter the required text in the table, select the vertical table on the left, right-click the table, select table properties-click border and shading-and set the border to none.
3. Select the vertical table on the right, right-click the table, select Table Properties-click the border and shading, and set the application of the border. The operation demonstration is as follows:
Second, the upper and lower text width alignment
We often see that some characters are two characters, some are three or four characters, and the widths of the upper and lower characters are not uniformly aligned, as shown in the following figure.
How to align the width of text uniformly?
The specific operation steps are as follows:
1. Select the text, click the paragraph in the menu bar, click Chinese Layout, select Width Adjustment, and adjust it to 5 characters. Finally, click OK directly, select other text to be set, and click F4 to repeat the previous operation.
Third, the upper and lower spaces are aligned.
Sometimes we want to align the text with spaces, but we find that the top and bottom lines of the text are not aligned. As shown in the figure below.
At this point, we can use tab stops to align the text.
The operation steps are as follows:
1. Select the text, right-click the paragraph, select the Tab stop in the Indentation and Spacing tab, enter 18 as the tab stop position, and then press the Tab key where spaces are needed.
Fourth, shortcut key alignment.
1, left aligned
Select the text and press Ctrl+L for left alignment.
2. Right alignment
Select the text and press Ctrl+R to align it to the right.
3. Alignment of both ends
Select the text and press the shortcut key Ctrl+J to align the two ends.
