Preparation, Characterization and Application of Several Inorganic Nanomaterials
This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is literature review, and the second to sixth chapters are experimental research. The first chapter is about the preparation and properties of several nano-oxide semiconductor photocatalysts and the photocatalysis and superhydrophilicity of titanium dioxide.

The research results of preparation and properties of several nano-oxide semiconductor photocatalysts in recent years are introduced. The photocatalytic principle of nano-oxide semiconductor materials is expounded. The photocatalytic degradation of titanium dioxide nanoparticles is reviewed in detail, and several important factors affecting photocatalytic reaction are discussed. The photocatalytic and superhydrophilic properties of titanium dioxide thin films and their application progress are introduced. The development direction and application prospect of nano-oxide semiconductor photocatalytic materials are prospected.

Preparation, Characterization and Photocatalytic Performance of Zinc Ferrite

In this part, zinc ferrite nanocrystals were prepared by combustion synthesis method In this method, ultrafine powder is prepared by the exothermic reaction of corresponding metal nitrate under reducing conditions, and then it is transformed into pure ZnFe_2O_4 phase by heating. This method is simple to operate and easy to realize. The reagents used are very cheap. The microstructure of the samples prepared by this method was studied by XRD, AFM, IR and TEM. The results show that the ultrafine powder is ZnFe_2O_4 with spinel structure, and the particle size range is 65438±05-25nm nm. The degradation experiment of curcumin solution shows that nano-ZnFe_2O_4. ...
