First, the engine part:

(1) Start the engine, and listen for noise or abnormal sound when the engine is running at idle speed, medium speed and high speed.

(2) Check the tightness of the fan belt and adjust it.

(3) Check and clean the carburetor, gasoline pump, gasoline filter and air filter (change the oil if necessary).

(4) Check the connection and fastening of cylinder head, intake and exhaust manifold and muffler, and check and fasten the engine fixing bolts, nuts and flywheel housing bolts.

(5) Clean the coarse and fine oil filters and filter elements, release the sediment in the filters, check the quantity and quality of oil, check whether the lubrication system (joint) leaks oil, and tighten the oil pan bolts.

(6) Check whether the air compressor and pipeline are fixed for oil leakage and air leakage, and remove the oil, water and dirt in the air storage tank.

(7) Check the fixing of radiator and water pump, the leakage of water pipes, the efficiency of shutters and the lubrication of water pump shaft.

Second, the clutch and transmission part:

(1) Check clutch efficiency, bottom cover bolt and pedal selection, and add grease to pedal shaft.

(2) Check the fastening, oil level and oil leakage of the transmission, and add gear oil as needed.

(3) Check the fastening and lubrication of universal joint, transmission shaft, telescopic sleeve, intermediate bearing, bracket and trailer hook.

(4) Check the working condition of the hand brake, adjust the working stroke if necessary, and add grease to the brake shoe pin.

(5) Check whether the main reducer housing leaks oil, check the oil level, and add gear oil when necessary.

Third, the front axle part:

(1) Check whether the front brake drum leaks oil, check and adjust the tightness of the front hub bearing, check the working conditions of the steering knuckle and kingpin, add grease, and tighten the tire bolts and nuts.

(2) Check the steering gear, add lubricating oil, check and adjust the turning amount and clearance of the steering wheel, check the joint connection and fastening of the steering spider, the straight pull rod and the steering arm of the straight pull rod, and add lubricating oil.

(3) Check the fixing of the shock absorber, check whether the leaf spring is broken, add grease to the leaf pin, and check the fastening of the riding bolt and nut.

(4) Fasten the bolts and nuts of the front bumper, wing plate, hood, pedal and cab, check the connection of the brake air chamber and fasten the bolts and nuts, and add grease to the brake camshaft.

(5) Check whether the front axle (I-beam) is bent and broken, and check and adjust the toe-in.

Fourth, the rear axle part:

(1) Check and fasten the spare wheel frame and tool box. (2) Check whether the leaf spring is broken and the lug is in good condition, add grease to the leaf pin, and check the fastening of the riding bolt and nut.

(3) Check and tighten the fuel tank frame bolts and nuts, fender bolts and nuts, etc.

(4) Check whether the rear brake drum leaks oil, check the tightness of the adjusted hub bearing, check the distance between shafts NN, check the fastening of the half axle flange bolts and nuts, tire bolts and nuts, and brake air chamber bolts and nuts, and add grease to the brake camshaft.
