First, the steps of writing an economic paper
1. Collect materials. After the topic is determined, it is necessary to widely collect materials in the fields involved in the topic. Generally speaking, materials can be divided into two categories, namely theoretical materials and factual materials. Theoretical data can be found in libraries, reference rooms, theoretical publications and the Internet through classification. Facts can be found in books, newspapers, personal contact with other people's work experience, statistical data and cases at work. It should be enough to have the least choice of materials. When collecting materials, we should pay attention to authenticity (source; Second-hand materials should be checked with original materials), concreteness (data, proportion and ratio should be exact and not ambiguous), novelty (only novel materials can draw new conclusions). The data should be carefully studied, so as to "get rid of the rough and get the essence, get rid of the false and keep the true, from the outside to the inside". Some people summarize it as "capturing information, identifying, centralizing and storing information".
In a word, the process of collecting data is also a process of sorting out and studying, and the comparison, thinking and screening of data are the premise and basis of this paper.
2. Draft a writing outline. The advantages of the outline are helpful to establish the overall view, clear the thinking, arrange the materials and form a reasonable bamboo seal. In the process of drafting an outline, in order to form a theoretical system with clear hierarchy and tight logical relationship, not only a large number of materials need to be selected, added, deleted and adjusted, but also the layout, viewpoints and material outline of the paper should be considered from two aspects: one is the title writing, and the other is the sentence writing. First, we must draw up a title. There are two types of paper titles. One is the title that expresses the argument, that is, the title that summarizes the formation of the argument. The other is to show the title of the theme, that is, to reveal the content of the study.
3. Write the first draft. Here, we mainly emphasize the summary and the writing of the text.
(1) Executive summary. Abstract is the epitome of a paper and a complete paper. It mainly includes: explaining the author's research purpose, methods and achievements, especially the new ideas and creative achievements of this paper. Words should be concise and translated into corresponding foreign languages. Note 3-5 "Key words" with representative significance and outline.
(2) write the text. The text is the main part of the paper, which usually consists of introduction, theory and conclusion.
(1) Introduction. The introduction mainly explains the reason and significance of studying this topic, raises questions, and sometimes simply writes a little historical review, the basic idea of this article, and the methods used to study this topic.
(2) The paper should include theoretical analysis, demonstration, elaboration and innovation, which is the main core part of the paper. Here, focus on establishing arguments and expounding arguments. Develop innovative thinking, establish arguments and discuss them. Argument is the soul and value of an article. The argument is corrected before the article; Refers to what is wrong with the preface, what is the correct view and what is the basis. Again, what do you advocate and oppose? The argument should be accurate, clear and prominent. Arguments are produced in the analysis and research of data, so don't draw conclusions first, and then find materials to prove them. The formation of an argument is actually a process of sorting out, analyzing and summarizing data. The author should sort out clues from the data and find problems from them. Finding a problem is the first step to solve it.
Discussion refers to the process of explaining an argument with arguments. After an argument is established, discuss it.
Conclusion. The conclusion is a summary of the whole paper. The writing of the conclusion can summarize the full text, and put forward the problems and prospects to be further studied. The summary should be clear, concise, complete and accurate.
When writing a text, you must pay attention to carefully drafting according to the writing outline. The outline embodies the rationality of the level, paragraph, transition and reference of the paper. When writing a text, you should prevent the outline from being too big. Be accurate in your point of view and fluent in your writing. Writing can be done in one go, "ten steps and nine turns."
4. Second draft and final draft. On the basis of the first draft, the paper can be perfected day by day after repeated thinking and revision. The article should be revised, that is, the viewpoint, material, structure and language should be changed. Structure depends on hierarchy and paragraph transition. Whether the structural arrangement is complete and logical will directly affect the expression of views.
After the final paper is printed, it must be approved by the tutor and signed on the instruction form. The printing format must meet the unified requirements, as shown in the Structural Format Standard (P6 Book). The number of copies to be printed must be guaranteed, and there are 3-5 members of the defense Committee, one for each.
Second, the structure of economic paper writing
Generally speaking, an interior design paper should have a relatively fixed format. If the school has specific regulations, it will be done according to the regulations. The paper formats mentioned here are for reference only:
(1) The titles of papers, some of which contain subheadings. Under the title is the author's signature, and before or below the signature is the school, college, department and grade where the author belongs.
(2) "abstract" and "key words" (or "executive summary"), generally about 300 words, are located after the author's signature and before the text. Generally, 3 to 5 keywords are selected in combination with the title and text content.
(3) Introduction. Those marked with "O" often write "introduction", "introduction" and "introduction". When the introduction is short, the subtitle "O. Introduction" may not be marked. The content of the introduction is generally to explain the background of the topic, which mainly includes: the source of the topic, the research progress at home and abroad, the existing research results, the existing problems, the significance of the topic and the problems discussed.
4 orthodoxy. Orthodoxy is often written in several parts, marked with "one", "two", "three" and "four" respectively. Some of them have subheadings or appear in the form of sub-arguments to highlight the points or main contents of the discussion. This part is the expression, analysis, induction and generalization of the research process, reflecting the analysis methods and ideas, and fully demonstrating. Orthodoxy should also embody clear guiding ideology.
⑤ Conclusion. Generally marked with the words "conclusion", "summary" and "conclusion". You can also leave the words "conclusion" blank and write a conclusion or summary directly behind the theory. In the graduation thesis format, the conclusion is the induction, synthesis or generalization of the whole research work, and suggestions for further research can also be put forward. If it's after the theory, it's still important that you want to briefly discuss related issues.
Thank you for your graduation thesis. Continue from the last paragraph. Briefly describe my experience in writing my graduation thesis and express my gratitude to my tutor and related personnel. "Thank you for your graduation thesis" is not a form, not a form, but a reflection of college students' literacy.
⑦ Precautions and reference materials. Annotations refer to "notes on this paper", that is, the author's explanation of the relevant contents of the paper, usually with footnotes (placed at the end of this page) (an optional option in the graduation thesis format). Reference refers to "citation notes", that is, the author's explanation of other people's works, which is marked with [1][2] in the upper right corner of the citation, with serial number and.
⑧ Appendix. Including written materials, charts, data, test results, etc. Directly related to the paper. There seem to be few appendices in China's graduation thesis format (it is a necessary option in the graduation thesis format).
