In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy and the acceleration of urbanization, people's living standards have been continuously improved, and at the same time, higher requirements have been put forward for their own quality of life, such as the increasing number of vehicles, and there is an urgent need for enough parking spaces to meet this objective requirement. In the current limited living space, people have turned their attention to the construction of residential buildings or underground garages for civil air defense. This paper will analyze the technical points of underground garage and put forward some constructive suggestions for reference.

Waterproof layer plays a leading role in waterproof construction of residential roof. The quality of waterproof layer will directly affect the effectiveness and service life of other structural levels. Therefore, heat preservation, heat insulation and equality projects should also be included in the waterproof construction system of residential roofs.

This paper focuses on the design concept and characteristics of high-rise residential buildings and multi-storey residential buildings in the northern regional environment. In the design of residential buildings, we should adapt to the characteristics of the northern regional environment from the room type and orientation. The winter in Northeast China is relatively long and the climate is cold, so the residential design should be different from the geographical characteristics of the south, and the landscape environment should not be emphasized unilaterally. First of all, we should consider the orientation of the house, which should be due south or southeast to southwest, and try to consider how to make the main room sunny all year round. After many times of comparative analysis, high-rise residential buildings can fully meet the above requirements.
