Abstract: When encountering bright colors such as brilliant green, sapphire blue and emerald blue, large emerald blue dyes can be used in the process of laboratory proofing or substitution. The content structure of active matrix copper phthalocyanine in emerald blue dye is matrix, and its morphological structure is large; Because of its own structural characteristics and other reasons, its solubility is lower than that of conventional reactive dyes; Dye it to condense; Therefore, under some controlled dyeing conditions, dyes are prone to be slightly negligent when they are condensed or even coagulated from the liquid, and colored spots and stains will appear. In view of the particularity of G 133% emerald green, this paper analyzes the parameters such as alkali agent, sodium sulfate dosage, dyeing time, dyeing temperature and dyeing bath ratio, and formulates a feasible dyeing process. In this paper, the activity phenomenon of G 133% in Cephalotaxus was also analyzed, such as the causes of color spots and stains, and some preliminary solutions were put forward.
