It is not difficult to publish papers in provincial journals. It depends on what kind of newspaper you are.

Nowadays, there are many grades of periodicals, such as those collected by Nantah, Peking University, Wuhan University and China Academy of Social Sciences. This is relatively difficult to move forward.

But some miscellaneous periodicals are really not difficult. You can publish them as long as you pay. But the paper written on it is simply terrible and can only be regarded as text garbage.
