According to the relevant provisions of the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), in order to further improve the national professional standard system and provide a scientific and standardized basis for vocational education, vocational training and vocational skill appraisal, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security organized relevant experts to formulate the National Professional Standard for Landscape Architects (for Trial Implementation) (hereinafter referred to as the standard).

1. This standard is based on the People's Republic of China (PRC) Occupational Classification Ceremony, and aims to objectively reflect the current level of this profession and the requirements for employees. On the basis of fully considering the impact of economic development, scientific and technological progress and industrial structure changes on this profession, it clearly defines the scope of activities, work content, skill requirements and knowledge level of this profession.

2. The formulation of this standard follows the requirements of relevant technical regulations, which not only ensures the standardization of the standard style, but also embodies the characteristics of taking professional activities as the guide and taking professional ability as the core, and at the same time makes it flexible and practical to adjust according to the development of science and technology, and meets the needs of training, appraisal and employment.

Three, the "standard" according to the relevant provisions of the occupation is divided into four grades, including occupation profile, basic requirements, job requirements and proportion of four aspects.

Promotion training period: landscape designers should have no less than 320 standard class hours; Assistant landscape architect not less than 320 standard hours; Landscape designers shall not be less than 240 standard class hours; Senior landscape architect shall have no less than 240 standard hours.

1.7.2 Training teachers

Teachers who train landscape designers and assistant landscape designers should have professional qualification certificates of landscape designers or above or professional technical positions of intermediate level or above in related majors. Teachers who train landscape designers and senior landscape designers should have the professional qualification certificate of senior landscape designers or the qualifications of senior and above professional and technical positions in related majors.

1.7.3 training ground equipment

A standard classroom to meet the teaching needs is equipped with facilities for more than 20 people to operate practical skills at the same time.

(5) College degree or above in this major or related major.

(6) College degree or above in other majors, and engaged in this occupation for more than 1 year.

-Landscape architect (one of the following conditions)

(1) Have been engaged in this occupation continuously for more than 3 years1.

(3) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of assistant landscape designer, he has been engaged in the professional work for more than 4 years continuously, received formal training of landscape designers and reached the required standard hours, and obtained the certificate of completion.

(4) Having been engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years after obtaining the bachelor's degree certificate of landscape design or related major.

(five) with a bachelor's degree in landscape auditing or related majors, and engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of assistant landscape designer.

(6) Have a bachelor's degree in landscape design or related major, obtain the professional qualification certificate of assistant landscape designer, have been engaged in the professional work for more than 3 years continuously, receive the standard hours of formal training for landscape designers, and obtain the certificate of completion.

-Senior Landscape Planning Designer (with one of the following conditions)

(1) Having been engaged in this occupation continuously for more than 9 years1.

(3) after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of landscape architect, he has been engaged in the professional work for more than 3 years continuously, and has been formally trained by a senior landscape architect to reach the required standard hours, and has obtained a certificate of completion.

1.8.3 identification method

It is divided into theoretical knowledge test and professional ability test. The theoretical knowledge test adopts the closed-book written test method, and the professional ability test adopts the simulated operation test method. Both the theoretical knowledge test and the professional ability test adopt a percentage system, and more than 60 points are qualified. Senior landscape architects must also conduct a comprehensive review.

1.8.4 ratio of examiners to candidates

The ratio of examiners to candidates in theoretical knowledge examination is 1: 10, and each certified teacher shall have at least 2 examiners; The ratio of examiners to candidates for professional competence assessment is 1: 7, and there are not less than 3 examiners in each examination room; The members of the comprehensive evaluation committee shall not be less than 5.

1.8.5 evaluation time

Theoretical knowledge examination time is not less than 90min, and professional ability examination time is not less than 240min for landscape designers, 240min for assistant landscape designers, 2 10 min for landscape designers and 60min； for senior landscape designers. ; Comprehensive evaluation time is not less than 30 min.
