The operation methods and steps to solve the problem of always displaying comments after text modification are as follows:

1 Open File Menu: In the document, open the file option.

2. Open Options: In the menu, select Options.

3. Set no options in the options window, open the revised item column, and set the inserted content, deleted content and revised line as no options on the right page.

4. Click OK.

After setting, just click the OK button.
