(II) Party B

1. Carry out decoration construction according to the decoration standard of automobile 4S shop, and handle relevant business procedures.

2. Give full play to its own industry advantages and social influence, operate in the field of automobile maintenance and management, and be responsible for Party A's on-campus internship, training, internship and employment recommendation.

3. Cooperate with Party A to conduct market demand survey before career development, and scientifically and reasonably improve the career development plan.

4. Select excellent professional and technical personnel and management personnel, and work out and implement the professional talent training plan together with Party A. ..

5. According to Party A's teaching plan and the actual situation of the unit, arrange students' internship content and guide the internship process, cultivate students' practical operation and improve their professional quality.

6. Cooperate with Party A in teaching quality evaluation, control and graduate qualification examination.

7. Facilitate Party A's follow-up survey of graduates.

8. Make full use of human resources, appoint professional technicians and managers with rich practical experience who can engage in teaching as part-time teachers of Party A, and help Party A to train "double-qualified" teachers.

9. Give priority to the employment of Party A's graduates.

Third, cooperation time.

The cooperation time is three years, and long-term cooperation can be carried out according to the wishes and actual conditions of both parties. After the first cooperation, the two sides can negotiate to form a new cooperation intention.

Fourth, others.

1. This agreement is made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy. The cooperation agreement will take effect after being signed and sealed by representatives of both parties. Both parties shall abide by relevant regulations. Matters not covered herein can be settled by both parties through negotiation or a supplementary agreement can be signed on relevant terms.

2. The tangible intellectual property created by Party A during the internship of Party B belongs to Liaoyuan Industrial and Commercial School. For joint development and research projects, property rights belong to both parties.

3. If one party breaches the contract unilaterally or has any behavior that damages the interests or image of the other party, the other party has the right to terminate the agreement (and the breaching party can be held accountable according to law).
