What is the dialectical relationship between Yin and Yang?
Combined with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, Spark Sunshine summed up a set of dialectical methods of deficiency and excess of Yin and Yang: TCM syndrome differentiation is the basis of treatment, otherwise it is blind treatment. Syndrome differentiation treatment is to judge the deficiency and excess of Yin and Yang according to the symptoms of the body, so as to adjust the deficiency and excess of Yin and Yang, qi and blood, and achieve the best balance of qi and blood, viscera and body and mind. Yin and yang, deficiency and excess, cold and heat, exterior and interior are the eight categories of TCM syndrome differentiation, so TCM has established the theory of eight categories of syndrome differentiation.

(1) Yin and Yang

Yin and Yang are tangible and intangible, energy and matter, representing the form and essence of all things. Yin and Yang govern the body, the heart, the body and mind, and the qi and blood. As yin, the heart is yang, as yin, the emotion is yang, the qi is yang, and the blood is yin, so Chinese medicine has always grasped qi and blood and treated it based on syndrome differentiation.

(2) Inside and outside

The exterior and interior are the corresponding parts and positions of yin and yang, which are used to distinguish the parts and positions of symptoms. Exterior and interior are also components of yin and yang qi and blood.

Inside and outside the body and mind, inside and outside the viscera and meridians; Viscera, liver and gallbladder, heart and small intestine, spleen and stomach, lung and large intestine, kidney and bladder, capsule and triple energizer. The exterior and interior meridians are Yangming and Taiyin, the exterior and interior meridians are Shaoyang and Jueyin, and the exterior and interior meridians are Sun Shao and Shaoyin. Yangming and Taiyin in the hand are exterior and interior, Shaoyang and pericardium in the hand are exterior and interior, and Taiyang and Shaoyin in the hand are exterior and interior.

(3) Cold and heat

Cold and heat are the cold and heat states of qi and blood and the body. Cold is yin and heat is yang. Cold has more yang deficiency and heat has more yin deficiency. The exterior and interior of cold and heat are used to identify the positions of viscera and meridians where cold and heat are located.

(4) Virtual reality

Deficiency is the amount of qi and blood, cold and heat. Deficiency of yin and yang is the number of yin and yang, and deficiency of exterior and interior is the specific position of yin and yang, Yang Qi and blood in human viscera and meridians. For example, deficiency of liver qi means deficiency of liver qi, and deficiency of liver qi means stagnation of liver qi.

1, how to distinguish yin and yang?

Symptoms and phenomena of yang deficiency:

Constitution of cold and dampness: suffocating breath, fatigue, fear of cold, lethargy, deafness and blindness, abdominal hardness, aversion to food, loose stool, enuresis due to kidney deficiency, frequent micturition and nocturnal emission. The lower body is prone to discomfort (bounded by the navel).

Symptoms and phenomena of yin deficiency:

Dry-heat constitution: upper heat and lower cold, uncoordinated cold and heat, dizziness, dry mouth and no body fluid, thirst and excessive drinking, bitter mouth and retching, night sweats and yin deficiency, poor diet, asthenia due to qi deficiency, dry eyes and tinnitus, insomnia and dreaminess, boredom in the heart, fullness in the chest and hypochondrium, constipation and upper body discomfort (defined as navel).

Hypertension is yin deficiency, accompanied by dizziness and brain swelling.

Diabetes is yin deficiency accompanied by fatigue, thirst, dizziness and hunger.
