Training objectives
This major cultivates all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique, aesthetics and labor, and its knowledge, ability, spirit and accomplishment meet the needs of socialist modernization. It has a good command of the theoretical basis of economics and management, is familiar with modern administrative theories and methods, has good administrative quality and skills, has solid professional basic knowledge and extensive business knowledge, and can engage in public management work such as administrative management, human resource development and management, and public policy analysis and research. After graduation, students can engage in administrative management, human resource management and secretarial work in management or operation positions in relevant fields such as party, government and military organs, education, culture, health, enterprises and institutions, social organizations and grass-roots autonomous organizations.

Characteristics of teaching mode-promoting teaching by industry, relying on the platform of school administrative practice base, allowing students to undertake certain tasks and realize teaching content and teaching purpose in the process of completing tasks. In view of the uneven knowledge level of students, taking into account the learning needs and learning ability of most students, individual counseling is given to "underachievers" to promote their all-round development.
Characteristics of curriculum setting-forming knowledge module groups such as public foundation, discipline theory foundation, administrative management professional courses, administrative management professional development and human resource management professional courses. Based on the concept of practical teaching and driven by teaching practice base, teaching laboratory and social practice activities, we will further improve the practical teaching system with mid-term internship, graduation internship, social investigation and graduation thesis as the main contents.
