2. Chapter titles

The title of each chapter should be focused, concise, and the number of words should generally be within 15, and punctuation is not allowed. Try not to use English abbreviations in the title, and use abbreviations commonly used in the industry when necessary. The text of the paper is written in chapters, and each chapter must start from the right page and change pages between the first-level titles.

3. Hierarchical format

Each chapter of a dissertation should have a serial number and be coded with Arabic numerals. The fewer levels, the better. According to the actual needs, it is suggested to adopt the following format:

4. Cite literature

The labeling methods of full-text cited documents should be unified. Put it in the upper right corner of the last sentence of the quoted content, with a small 5. The numbers of the cited documents are put in square brackets with Arabic numerals, such as "… achievements [1]". When the reference mentioned is directly stated in the text, its serial number should be aligned with the text with the small number 4, such as "from the document [8, p1p14]".

Quotation documents shall not be marked on the titles at all levels.

5. Numbers, tables and formulas

(2) Be clear, but don't over-enlarge the coordinate scale. Points of different curves on the same map should be marked with different shapes.

(2) All forms adopt three-wire system.

(3) The parameters in the table shall be marked with symbols of quantity and unit.

(3) Formula

① The number of the formula is enclosed in brackets and written at the end of the right line without a dotted line.

(3) Figures, tables, formulas and notes in the text shall be numbered with Arabic numerals and chapters. 6. Quantity and unit

The provisions on quantity and unit in GB 3 100-3 102: 93 shall be strictly implemented (see Commonly Used Quantity and Unit, Metrology Press, 1996 for specific requirements), and illegal units and symbols shall not be used. Except for the first letter of the unit named after the owner, the symbol of the unit of measurement shall be lowercase.

(1) Non-physical units (such as parts, stations, people, yuan, times, etc.). ) can be written in Chinese characters and unit symbols, such as "10000t? 6? 1 km.

(2) Chinese symbols of units of measurement are allowed to be used after the uncertain figures in the manuscript description, such as "several kilograms to 1000kg".

(3) Time should be expressed in Chinese, such as "8: 45 am" instead of "8 hours and 45 minutes".

(4) The company name can be written in both international symbols and Chinese names, but the full text should be unified and not mixed.

7. References

The references are written in accordance with the Rules for the Description of References after Text (GB77 14-87-87) and numbered in sequence, that is, the references are attached to the end of the text in the order cited in the text. Many authors whose names are written in the third place write "wait" or "wait". The formats of several main reference tables are as follows:

Serial publications: serial number, author, title, publication name, year, volume number (issue number): starting and ending page numbers.

Monograph (translation): serial number author. Title (translator). Place of publication: publisher, year of publication. Start and end page numbers.

Thesis: serial number, author and title. See (middle): edit (edit). Collection name. Place of publication: publisher, year of publication. Start and end page numbers.

Dissertation: serial number and name. Title: [XX paper]. Location of the winning unit: the winning unit and the year of winning.

Patent: serial number applicant, patent name, country name, patent document type, patent number and date.

Technical standard: serial number issuing unit, technical standard code and technical standard name. Place of publication: publisher, date of publication.

(8) Appendix

1. Appendices and texts are numbered consecutively. The appendices of the paper are numbered with capital letters I, II and III in turn, such as Appendix I, Figures, Tables, Formulas and References. The appendices shall be numbered separately from the main text, and all of them shall be coded with Arabic numerals, but the appendix sequence code shall be used before coding, as shown in Figure I1; Table Ⅱ 2; Formula (Ⅲ 3); Literature [Ⅰ 5] etc.

2. The content of this paper involves computer software designers. You can download "Computer Software Design Acceptance Report" in the degree awarding column of the home page of the graduate office, and fill it in carefully as required, as an attachment of the dissertation.

3. Third, the typesetting requirements of the paper.

(1) page requirements

Master's and doctoral dissertations must be printed on A4(2 10×297mm) standard copy paper, with more than 60 pages of dissertations printed on both sides and less than 60 pages of dissertations printed on one side; The size of finished paper is 207×29 1mm (the error is less than 1mm). The margins of dissertations are set according to the following standards: the top margin is 30mm;; ; The bottom distance is 25mm;; ; Binding line with left and right margins of 25mm:10mm; ; Header: 20mm Footer:15mm.

(2) Title

The header should be set from the abstract page to the last page of the paper. Header content of the text: single-sided printed paper, with left alignment as "Master's Degree Thesis of Henan Polytechnic University" (□-for Doctor or Master) and right alignment as chapter names; Papers printed on both sides, with the left page centered as "Master's Degree Thesis of Henan Polytechnic University" and the right page centered as chapter names. The font size is No.5, and it is underlined below the header. See Annex 5 for the title format.

(3) Footer

Starting from the main part of the paper (introduction), the page numbers are arranged in Arabic numerals, and the page numbers are located in the middle of the bottom of the page. The abstract, table of contents and main symbol list of the previous part shall be numbered separately. The front cover, title page and back cover are not numbered.

(4) Font and spacing

The font of the main text of the paper is all in Song Dynasty "Xiao Si", and the spacing between words is standard, with 22 points between lines.
