Since 2065438+September 2008, academic circles have made many achievements in the research field of teacher evaluation in colleges and universities. As an important part of educational evaluation, teacher evaluation can effectively solve some problems in educational development. By September, 2022, China Knowledge Network had searched the research results of university teachers' evaluation of "five talents" with the theme of "five talents".
In the past four years, researchers have published 232 research results in journals and 24 research results in newspapers with the theme of "Five Virtues". Among them, 128 literature research achievements were included by CSSCI, SCI, EI, CSSCD and Peking University Core Library journals; 49 articles in 20021account for the most of the research results, and the overall trend is increasing.
Among the research units, Beijing Normal University, Southwest University and Nanjing University rank in the top three. This paper mainly summarizes, analyzes and summarizes most of the achievements in 128 articles through literature research.
A scientific and efficient evaluation mechanism for college teachers is an important tool to evaluate and manage college teachers, and also an important measure to encourage teachers to perform various functions such as talent cultivation, scientific research and social service.
However, after a long-term evolution, the evaluation system of college teachers in China has shown obvious characteristics of "five talents". The external representation of these five typical indicators "papers, hats, professional titles, academic qualifications and awards" has become the only yardstick for the evaluation of college teachers, which has greatly hindered the development of teachers themselves and the progress of higher education.
