Especially with the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standards, the lifestyle and concepts of the next generation have gradually changed. I know that children are the hope of the motherland tomorrow. Children receive healthy and progressive education in concepts and habits, cultivate noble sentiments, establish a perfect personality, and have a fundamental consciousness of the future development and the future of the country and the nation.

When I first came into contact with kindergarten work, I was both novel and busy. I am happy to be with the children. Their cleverness and cuteness deeply infected me. My inner love for this job is getting stronger and stronger, and I feel a heavy responsibility. Before I entered the People's Liberation Army newspaper kindergarten, the kindergarten in my mind was the place where teachers led children to play games and learn simple knowledge. But when I really stepped into this work to practice, I got a deeper understanding of it.

Preschool education is an organic part of basic education, the basic stage of school education and the foundation stage of talent growth. The work of kindergartens is to implement the policy of combining conservation with education, educate children in physical, intellectual, moral and aesthetic aspects, and promote the harmonious development of children's body and mind. This is the national requirement for kindergarten education, and it is also the starting point and destination of all kindergartens. Through this task, different goals are set in the activity, which greatly enriches and meets the physical and mental needs of children and truly makes children happy and develop!

I remember, at an outdoor sports activity, a child wanted to go to the toilet. I hurried him back to the classroom bathroom, but he insisted on peeing by a small tree. When I saw that he didn't listen to me at all, I criticized him for being unsanitary and uncivilized. He first looked at me with puzzled eyes, and then plausibly said, "Teacher, this tree is too small. I want to fertilize it and let it grow up quickly! " "Looking at his innocent face, I was speechless, and guilt occupied my heart.

Gorky once said,' loving children is something a hen can do, but educating children is not easy. "I constantly chuai grinding this sentence, carefully understand the meaning. Now, I still think of Gorky's words from time to time in my mind. An ordinary and simple sentence contains many parenting methods and educational concepts, which has benefited me a lot.
