1. Download and install 3D design software supporting xyz format. The common XYZ format softwares are DAZStudio and Poser.

2. In the software, you can open the XYZ model file by clicking the File or Import option.

3. In the software, you can scale, rotate and move the model, and you can also modify the material, color and texture of the model.

4. After the design is completed, the model can be saved in XYZ format or other commonly used 3D model file formats, such as STL format, OBJ format or FBX format.
