On the Conditions of Marriage Establishment
1. Marriage must be completely voluntary by both men and women, and neither party is allowed to force the other, nor is any third party allowed to interfere.

2. Men are over 22 years old and women are over 20 years old.

3. No lineal blood relatives and collateral blood relatives within three generations;

4. Not suffering from diseases that are medically considered unsuitable for marriage.

Married men and women must register their marriage in person at the marriage registry. Those who meet the requirements of this law shall be registered and issued a marriage certificate. Getting a marriage certificate is tantamount to establishing a relationship between husband and wife. Those who have not registered for marriage shall re-register.
