Robert Lucas Jr, a famous American economist, one of the representatives of Chicago School of Economics, a professor at the University of Chicago, and a winner of the 1995 Nobel Prize in Economics. Born in Yashima, Washington, D.C., 65438-0937, Lucas is an economic genius and a heavyweight representative of the school of rational expectation. He advocated and developed the applied theory of rational expectation and macroeconomic research, deepened people's understanding of economic policy and put forward unique views on economic cycle theory. In recognition of his contribution to the application and development of others' rational expectation hypothesis, 1995 became the winner of the Nobel Prize in Economics.
