First, the importance of physical education in kindergarten education

1. Physical education in kindergarten education is the requirement of kindergarten guidance documents. Physical education can strengthen people's physique and promote people's health, and it is an essential part of all-round development education. The Regulations on Kindergarten Work and Regulations on Kindergarten Management put forward that the purpose of kindergarten education is to promote the all-round development of children's morality, intelligence, physique and aesthetics. From this point of view, physical education in preschool education is very critical. The relevant regulations of kindergarten education are clear, and the teaching content of kindergarten is enlightening and comprehensive, which can be divided into art, science, society, language and health. Health comes first, and physical education can't promote people's health in moral education, intellectual education and aesthetic education, which fully shows the importance of physical education in kindergarten education.

2. Physical activities in kindergarten education are the enlightenment period of children's physical education. Infantile children will change their behavior because of things that are directly affected, move things away, and their psychological activities can be changed or stopped. In preschool children's stage, because children are influenced by continuous education and growth, the language system and cortex inhibit development, so they can consciously develop their own behavior and make their behavior obey distant goals, which is conducive to the formation of children's personality. A child's character has certain traces in his life. Therefore, in the early childhood education stage, requiring children to participate in sports activities is conducive to inspiring children, enhancing their sports concepts, and laying the foundation for children's lifelong sports. In addition, in early childhood, requiring children to participate in sports activities can promote the healthy development of children's physiology, enhance their physical fitness, effectively prevent the emergence of diseases and unhealthy bodies, effectively ensure children's study and life in various growth stages in the future, and lay a certain physiological foundation for children's lifelong sports.

3. Requirements for implementing quality education. Quality is a comprehensive and stable feature of human nature and acquired quality. The education to improve and cultivate students' quality is the so-called quality education. There are three kinds of quality education, namely, physical quality education, social quality education and psychological quality education. Six kinds of quality education include physical quality education, social quality education and psychological quality education, including technical quality education, aesthetic quality education, professional quality education, moral quality education, ideological quality education and political quality education. In the new century, the Ministry of Education pointed out that the implementation of quality education should be based on children, stimulate and enlighten children's intelligence through reasonable and scientific methods, stimulate children's curiosity, and cultivate children's good behavior habits and healthy systems. The main task of kindergarten is to realize the effective unity of education and conservation and promote the all-round development of children's morality, intelligence, physique and beauty.

Second, the implementation strategy of kindergarten physical education

1. Improve the concept of physical education of kindergarten teachers. At present, preschool educators have a narrow concept of physical education and always pay attention to the theory of physical fitness. They don't realize that physical education covers sports training, sports psychology, human science and many other disciplines, involving human physiology, sociality, psychology, will, emotion and so on. Therefore, it puts forward higher requirements for the comprehensive quality of preschool teachers. Only under the guidance of excellent kindergarten teachers can we establish a correct world outlook, values and outlook on life in the process of teaching practice and organizing children's activities, so as to have a sense of sports development with the times. We can combine the following two aspects to carry out children's physical education: on the one hand, we can effectively unify children's sports development ability and educational sports environment, and consider the organic combination of the two as a whole; On the other hand, physical education is not a simple outdoor sports activity, and it needs to be implemented in combination with children's psychology, intelligence and emotion, so as to effectively promote children's healthy growth and development and achieve the ultimate goal of physical education.

2. Perfect kindergarten equipment and venue equipment. If the hardware conditions for implementing physical education in kindergartens meet certain requirements, then organizing colorful sports activities can achieve ideal results. Good hardware conditions are conducive to the realization of children's sports tasks and goals. However, under the current situation, the hardware conditions such as sports venues, sports equipment and equipment in kindergartens are still facing unscientific and unreasonable distribution. Therefore, in order to improve the hardware conditions such as sports venues, sports equipment and equipment in kindergartens, it is necessary to create a favorable environment. First, the education authorities at or above the municipal level need to attach great importance to early childhood education, ensure that there is enough investment in early childhood education to meet the development requirements of different places, thus reducing the imbalance of teaching resources. 3. Scientific organization of children's exercise load in physical education teaching. What are the usual rules that teachers should acquire through human physiological functions? Rising? And then what? Stable? Finally arrived? Descending? Organize sports activities. Facts show that children's physiological functions usually have a relatively rapid upward trend at the beginning, and then reach a relatively high level in a certain period of time. However, the duration of this period is very short, and the ability of children to withstand rapidly changing loads is relatively low, and finally it gradually decreases. Among them, the rising period, the stable period and the declining period are interrelated and inseparable. For young children, because of their different sports foundation, physical health, age characteristics, climate conditions, teaching arrangements, sports events, the gradient and time of their rising period and the duration and height of their highest period are different. And children's ability to bear drastic changes is also different.

Conclusion: To sum up, children's physical education has great practical significance. As the vast number of preschool educators, we should combine the development status of kindergartens with the actual situation of young children, and implement physical education in a targeted and purposeful way to make young children feel happy.
