Peer review: peer review the qualified manuscripts, and invite experts in the same field to review the quality, methods and results of the papers. Reviewers will put forward suggestions for improvement or revision, and evaluate whether the paper meets the standards of journals or the requirements of research projects.
Decision and notification: according to the peer review results, the journal editor or the person in charge of the research project makes the final decision to accept or reject the manuscript or application. Regardless of the results, the reviewers' opinions will be fed back to the author for reference or further revision.
