What is the working principle of vane refrigeration compressor?
The working principle of vane refrigeration compressor is shown in Figure 4-20. The rotation center of the rotary piston is on the same straight line with the cylinder axis, but the outer surface of the rotary piston is eccentric with the rotation center, that is, the surface farthest from the piston rotation center is in contact with the cylinder surface. When the piston rotates, the connecting rod drives the slider to slide up and down, so that the suction hole and the exhaust hole of the compressor are separated, thus realizing the processes of suction, compression and exhaust.

Figure 4-20a shows the end of exhaust. Inspiratory start state. At this time, the farthest surface of the piston is close to the exhaust hole. Because the air inlet has no valve, gas enters from the air inlet and fills the whole cylinder. Figure 4-20b shows the end of inhalation. At this time, the farthest surface of the piston is basically close to the suction hole, and at the same time, the contact line between the slider and the piston separates the suction hole from the exhaust hole, and the cylinder volume in the upper right corner begins to inhale for the second time; Figure 4-20c shows the compression process. Because the blade and piston divide the cylinder into two parts, and the exhaust hole is closed, and the steam inlet hole is not equipped with a valve, the gas in the left half cylinder is in the compression stage, while the gas in the right half cylinder is in the suction stage; Figure 4-20d shows the exhaust state. When the gas in the left half is compressed to the exhaust pressure, the exhaust valve on the exhaust port is opened and the gas is discharged from the exhaust valve. At this time, the right half of the cylinder continues to inhale and repeat the above process.
