Summary of the work of the first-year class teacher
The first grade of primary school is the beginning of compulsory education and an important connection point between kindergarten education and primary education. Class management is an important part of educational activities. The following is a summary of the work of the first-year class teacher. Welcome to read!

This semester is my first year on the podium. In this semester's work as a head teacher, I chewed the bitterness of failure, tasted the sweetness of success, and experienced spiritual baptism again and again, which really made me feel that it is not easy to be a teacher, a first-year teacher and a first-year head teacher. After a semester, there is nothing worth showing you, but more my own feelings and reflections. I deeply analyze the facts of my work and class this semester, and choose the following aspects to talk about my feelings from the perspective of reflection, and also make a summary of my work this semester:

1, cultivate students' good habits

Because of their young age, the first-year students have poor self-control and lax discipline.

Primary school is the initial stage of people's growth, and it is also the formation stage of people's basic quality. In the initial stage, the lower grades are the key period to develop good habits. At the beginning of school, I started with cultivating students' good habits, starting with seemingly small habits such as sitting posture, holding pen posture and speaking in class. Educate students not to litter casually and keep desks and classrooms clean; Take good care of our desks and chairs and new books ... use class meetings and spare time to learn school rules and regulations, remind students to preview, observe students' behavior after class, and set an example among students according to their performance.

However, these lazy children can't remember, and they do well when they emphasize it. If they are not careful, their bad habits will be broken again. It really gave me a headache at first. Later, an experienced teacher told me that the formation of habits requires constant repetition, constant emphasis, constant supervision and supervision of children, especially those who are only 7 or 8 years old. At this time, I suddenly realized that I would tell my students whenever I had time and always pay attention to their behavior and habits. After a semester, children have changed a lot, and parents will be willing to share their progress with me from time to time.

2. Cultivate a good class group

Class collective is a fertile ground for cultivating students' personality. With this fertile soil, students' personality can flourish. Group activities can best cultivate students' cohesion and sense of collective honor.

Children in grade one are self-centered and seldom consider others in everything they do. Based on this, I focus on cultivating students' good sense of collective honor this semester.

In addition to leading students to actively participate in various school activities, every time they encounter resources with relevant educational value, they will "strike while the iron is hot" to educate students. In class, I will basically learn and compete with each other in the form of group cooperation ... Slowly, the students' sense of collective honor is getting stronger and stronger. If any child in the group doesn't do well, the whole group will remind him to help him avoid falling behind other groups. School activities, students are very hard to participate in, always want to win glory for the class. The end of the semester, the children have learned to be considerate of others, watching them love each other, so happy.

3. Pay attention to home-school contact

It is impossible to manage a class and educate a class's students only by the strength of teachers. Especially in boarding schools like ours, communication and cooperation between home and school are more important.

Usually pay great attention to communicate with parents, tell them the progress of their children in school, and share the joy of their children's growth with parents. Of course, once I find out that students have any special situation in study, body and mind, I will contact parents in time and actively, ask them about the students' situation at home, get their understanding and cooperation, and discuss with parents the ways to educate their children so that every child can develop their strengths and avoid weaknesses and grow up healthily. At the same time, through a series of ways, such as home visits, telephone calls, school communication and home-school contact, schools and families can work closely together to better educate students.

4. Future work plan

As a new teacher, I don't have much experience in the work of the head teacher. But through this semester's work, with the care and guidance of school leaders and the help of teachers, my class teacher's work has basically been successfully completed. Here, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all the leaders and teachers! I also saw many shortcomings in my progress. In the future work, I will learn from other experienced class teachers, practice and make continuous progress, hoping to manage the class better and let the children grow better.
