The cumulative number of citations of the paper has reached 1 1,000 or more. His research results have also had a great social impact. At the same time, Professor Zheng Xiaoming paid attention to the combination of theory and practice. He not only completed the horizontal consulting projects entrusted by more than 20 enterprises, but also provided management consulting and training for nearly 100 well-known enterprises at home and abroad. Eight monograph textbooks have been compiled and published, among which "Introduction to Human Resource Management" has been sold well for 13 years and reprinted for three times, and it has been selected as undergraduate and postgraduate textbooks for human resources majors by nearly 20 universities at home and abroad.
