Classified postgraduate training units must have confidentiality conditions and confidentiality institutions that meet the national confidentiality requirements, establish a working mechanism with tutors as the leading factor and graduate education departments and confidentiality institutions as the cooperation, and conduct regular confidentiality supervision, inspection and education on the performance of duties of classified postgraduate students and related personnel.

The training unit of classified graduate students shall strictly control the number of classified graduate students and the scope of knowing state secrets, and classified graduate students can generally only contact, know, generate and handle classified state secrets; If it is really necessary to contact and know state secrets, the tutor shall apply and report to the training unit for approval.
