Generally speaking, nine inches and above are male fans, and seven inches and below are female fans. Eight-inch fans are rarely used, and are generally used as female fans.

Judging from the number of fan bones, the fan bones in the 20th gear, 22nd gear and 24th gear (gear = all fan bones including the big bones at both ends) are female fan bones. 14 16 18 is a male fan.

Just look at the length of the fan. Nine-inch male fans are basically female fans under nine inches.
