What's good about Van Gogh's paintings?
It is great to have personality, not kitsch, dare to try and innovate, and express true feelings.

Van Gogh is an abstract painter, and his paintings are very colorful. It gives people a very depressing feeling. Maybe many people don't like Van Gogh's paintings very much. They think his paintings are abstract and depressed. But I personally like Van Gogh's paintings, and I think his paintings show particularly deep feelings.

It took him ten years to become a master. I think it's a pity that it seems a little late for an artist to get such an honor after his death, although it is a recognition for him. I think his success is probably because he painted some distortions of human nature, pain, despair and society.

The colors used in his paintings express strong personal feelings. His Sunflower is to express his passion with bright colors, free and easy, and puffed up. These are his own personality characteristics. Many people don't understand why he painted a picture with such strong colors or such abstract expressions. Those oil paintings that look like children's paintings are regarded as world famous works.

In fact, many people don't know him, so they evaluate him through his paintings. Many paintings are painted directly with unadjusted pigments, and those bright colors are the scenery in Van Gogh's eyes. They are natural and unadorned. But many people can't see it. Because they look at it with too many secular eyes.

The reconstruction and abstraction of the scenery in the painter's mind can better grasp the essence of the scenery depicted and highlight the subjective feelings. I still think that Van Gogh's sensitivity to color is at least unprecedented, which is his unparalleled good.
