And fill in the paper version of the "Review Form for Revision of Doctoral Dissertation (before defense)" and submit blind comments at the same time.

Precautions: a) All online content should be decrypted, and attention should be paid to avoiding the disclosure of sensitive words and data. B) "Confidentiality or not" in "information entry of dissertations" refers to the involvement of state secrets.
