Warehousing and distribution is a specialized course of logistics specialty, which has strong professionalism and practicality. Its core content is services around warehousing, transportation, loading and unloading, packaging and related information activities. How to reasonably use practical teaching methods in the teaching process, effectively stimulate students' interest in learning, and let students take the initiative to learn is an important topic that logistics teachers continue to explore in the teaching of this course.
1 Reflections on the problems existing in the teaching of warehousing and distribution
The course of warehousing and distribution is a professional core course of logistics specialty in our school. In teaching, the author realized that this course is very practical, and the knowledge points limited to textbooks are very empty. If we only arrange teaching according to books, students will lose interest in learning and get bored with this course.
(1) The effect of case teaching is not good. Case teaching is a common teaching method in the teaching of logistics specialty. In the teaching of this course, the author will also collect some cases of warehousing and distribution logistics, read and study them, and analyze them. But most of the cases are so big and deep that students can't understand and accept them, and students have little knowledge of learning. It is difficult for students to understand the relevant knowledge and clearly understand the logistics business process. (2) The cultivation of students' professional ability is not enough. In teaching, I realize that students' practical teaching is insufficient, and students' professional ability needs to be improved. Although a variety of teaching methods including case analysis, multimedia pictures, videos, information systems, classroom simulation and so on are also adopted in the practical teaching of cultivating ability. However, the way to improve students' comprehensive practical ability by applying teaching methods is still single, not rich and the effect is not ideal.

PBL(Problem-Based Learning) teaching mode was first established in McMaster University Hospital in Canada on 1965. Problem-based learning? Or? Problem-based learning is a research-oriented teaching mode generally recognized by the international community since the second half of last century. PBL has been widely used in the teaching of medicine, biology, physiology, psychology, engineering, economics, management and other disciplines, and has achieved remarkable teaching results. Warehouse and distribution management is a specialized course of logistics management, which is based on management, marketing and commodity science, mathematical statistics, operational research and computer information processing. This paper mainly studies the business activities of commodity warehousing (receiving, management, distribution and processing, etc. ) in the process of commodity circulation (purchase, sale, storage, transportation, etc. Through systematic study, students can master the basic framework and theory of warehousing management, have the basic knowledge and methods of warehousing management, and creatively apply these basic principles and methods in combination with warehousing management practice, which can solve practical problems in distribution management and improve warehousing.
At present, the traditional teaching with teachers as the center and direct knowledge transfer as the main form can no longer meet the teaching requirements of the course of warehousing and distribution management. In order to cultivate innovative comprehensive talents, in the teaching process of warehousing and distribution management, teachers should not only study the theory, but also pay attention to the study of warehousing practice and operation methods. In the PBL teaching operation system of warehousing and distribution management course, course teaching and course comprehensive design are the main positions of PBL teaching activities and the main channels of learning ability training, which are basic, rigorous and systematic. Its design focuses on the systematic study and teaching of professional knowledge and theory in a comprehensive and in-depth way by closely combining the characteristics of PBL teaching. Curriculum experimental design and extracurricular practice based on PBL teaching pay attention to cultivating students' exploration and innovation spirit and personality, which is the continuation and supplement of classroom teaching methods and has the characteristics of interest, flexibility and practicality. Evaluation is an important link in teaching, which is a comprehensive investigation of teachers' teaching effect, learners' knowledge acceptance and learning attitude. PBL teaching needs to establish an evaluation system. PBL teaching evaluation is multi-subject and multi-level participation. In the evaluation process, in addition to teachers' evaluation of students, it also includes students' own evaluation. To solve the problem that it is difficult to quantitatively evaluate students' abilities, strategies and emotional attitudes, PBL teaching can adopt a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, and judge students' abilities of knowledge acceptance, knowledge construction process, autonomous learning and cooperative communication through research reports submitted by students, participation in classroom discussions, interaction with teachers and standardized test scores.

In this paper, PBL teaching mode is applied to the teaching of warehousing and distribution management course, and it is proposed to construct PBL teaching mode from two aspects: PBL teaching operation system and PBL teaching support system. This is a new attempt in the teaching of warehousing and distribution management, and it also plays a good role in the actual teaching process. Summarize and popularize it, and provide reference for the teaching method of warehousing and distribution management course.
