People are the subject of social practice and the creator of history. Relying on the masses and doing everything for the masses is the fundamental value orientation of Marxist political parties. The 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized: "All the struggles and work of the Party are for the benefit of the people." This is not only our party's solemn commitment to the people, but also reflects the ideal of party building based on the core values of Marxist political parties. Organizational work bears the important functions entrusted by the party and is closely related to the interests of the people. Choosing a good cadre can promote the development of one party; With a good team, we can benefit the people. Organizational work satisfies the party and, in the final analysis, the people. The two are internally unified. Therefore, the organizational work must take the satisfaction of the masses as the fundamental standard to test and measure the effectiveness of reform and innovation and whether the team is clean and honest, and must take the realization, maintenance and development of the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people as the fundamental starting point and destination of organizational work.
