Through in-depth analysis of the problems existing in kindergarten music education activities in Beilin District of Suihua City, such as formalization of education and teaching, simplification of curriculum structure, etc. It is believed that the single content of music education activities, poor teachers' professional level and poor educational conditions are the deep-seated reasons that hinder the development of kindergarten music activities, and some countermeasures are put forward to change teaching methods and improve teachers' professional quality, so that the development of kindergarten music education activities is more conducive to children's physical and mental development and promote the development of preschool education in Beilin District of Suihua City.
First, the development status quo
Suihua City is located in the Hulan River Basin of Songnen Plain in the south-central part of Heilongjiang Province, with a total area of 34,964.2 square kilometers. There are 5.759 million people in the city. 20 10 suihua city has 45 kindergartens1schools, 5 public kindergartens1schools, and 426 private kindergartens and collective parks. At present, music education has become one of the main educational contents in kindergartens and one of children's favorite activities. However, the music activity class in Beilin District of Suihua City is not perfect.
First of all, from kindergarten to music activities. Among all kindergartens surveyed, 83% offer music activity classes, of which 20% are public kindergartens and the rest 80% are private kindergartens. In public kindergartens, music activity classes are held once a week on average, while in private kindergartens, only once a week, and the rest are held in the form of festivals or activities. For example, during the National Day, children will be organized to carry out some activities, and each class will have programs and group parties. It can be seen that kindergartens do not attach much importance to music education activities.
Second, from the survey of teaching content. In all kindergartens, 7 1% of the teaching content is monotonous, and most of them are mainly singing, with little contact with children's sense of rhythm of percussion instruments. Another kindergarten can recognize the importance of training and combine it with games to promote children's development.
Thirdly, the investigation on the teaching methods of music activities shows that 80% kindergartens will teach in the form of traditional classes, and 20% kindergartens will teach in the form of stories and games. (A) poor teaching conditions, a single method
Poor conditions in kindergartens are an important constraint to the improvement of kindergarten teaching level. The low salary of teachers has seriously affected their enthusiasm for work. The poor conditions and narrow activity space in kindergartens limit children's activities and reduce their interest in music activities. The lack of musical instruments leads to the rigidity and dullness of music activity classes, and knowledge loses the happiness and beautiful enjoyment that music activity classes bring to children through video materials.
The teaching methods used by teachers in music activities are outdated and single. Judging from the survey results, most teachers choose the traditional teaching mode. When teaching singing, the teacher sings a child and sings a sentence. Dance is also taught by teachers one by one, and memory is strengthened through repeated practice. There is no room for children's imagination to create, and this way of instilling will inevitably make children feel bored. At the same time, in the teaching process, the frequency of teachers using musical instruments is low, so it is difficult for children to intuitively feel the level, speed and sound change of music. (B) the professional quality of teachers at the bottom
The kindergarten teachers in Beilin District are relatively weak, and most of them are not good enough in professional skills, professional knowledge and quality. First, a large proportion of kindergarten teachers are old teachers, and most of them are junior high school graduates. Only some of them have received formal kindergarten teacher training and know little about the teaching methods of children's music. A small number of Protestant teachers are kindergarten teachers, but most of them graduated from vocational kindergarten classes, and their professional basic quality is poor. Coupled with their lack of practical experience and high-quality teachers, the improvement of teaching level is slow. Second, children's music education activities are more important to experience the beauty and enjoyment brought by music in the activities, rather than singing a few songs and dancing a few dances. In the investigation, it is found that kindergartens in beilin district attach importance to children's music theory knowledge in the teaching process, and teachers and parents also unanimously reflect that the learning of this knowledge is an immediate progress, while the influence of music emotion is a long-term achievement, which parents usually don't pay much attention to. Third, the salary of preschool teachers is low, the ratio of teachers to children is low, and the teachers' tasks are heavy, which leads to the instability of teachers.
(3) Pay attention to imparting knowledge and neglect the cultivation of children's abilities.
"Kindergarten Outline (Trial)" points out that children should be guided? Speak out your feelings and experiences? ,? Perform activities in your favorite way [2]. Therefore, teachers should pay attention to the cultivation of children's emotions in education, provide opportunities for children and provide necessary technical help. In practice, it is found that many teachers overemphasize the imparting of knowledge, ignoring the aesthetic feeling brought by art itself, and think that the imparting of knowledge is visible and effective. It is also found in the survey that some parents think so. As long as children learn knowledge, they think that those intangible artistic influences are not worth learning, and will naturally improve with the growth of age and knowledge. Private kindergartens aim at making profits, so most of them follow the wishes of parents, leading to a vicious circle. Parents don't know much about preschool education. Teachers should introduce more to their parents, instead of teaching according to their parents' ideas, which will lose the significance of kindergarten education and the essential significance of music activity education. At the same time, it also hinders the development of children to a certain extent. The cultivation of knowledge and aesthetic feeling are equally important, both of which are indispensable and complement each other to promote children's development. In the investigation, it was also found that some kindergartens were divorced from teaching, and there was no organic combination, which led to the negative effects such as the teaching effect was not obvious and the children's acceptance was not high.
Three. Countermeasures and suggestions
(a) Improve teachers' music quality and enhance their professional skills.
First, when recruiting teachers, kindergartens should focus on professional graduates and improve teachers' professional quality. At the same time, provide on-the-job training and learning opportunities for teachers in school. Through the study of theoretical knowledge, teachers can increase their understanding of professional knowledge and improve their professional quality. Help teachers understand the real content and purpose of education, effectively grasp classroom teaching and improve teaching quality.
Second, kindergartens can organize teachers to observe excellent open classes. It can be from our own kindergarten or other kindergartens. Through direct observation, we can learn relevant professional knowledge and reform and innovate our own curriculum. At the same time, kindergartens should encourage teachers to imagine boldly and bring forth new ideas.
(B) change teaching methods to improve the quality of teaching
First, change the old teaching mode step by step. Music activity class teachers should focus on children, adopt games that children like to play, and give full play to their subjective initiative. Moreover, in the teaching process, we should pay attention to increasing the difficulty step by step, and cultivate children's interest and impart knowledge on the basis of letting children feel music, experience music and appreciate music. In this way, children can not only learn knowledge, but also enjoy spiritually. Second, improve teachers' teaching skills. Teachers should fully understand the content of teaching materials, make in-depth analysis and teach in the most effective and fastest way. Teachers should not use the same method in the teaching process, and every class is the same, so that children will lose their curiosity and feel tired of learning. Third, the choice of teaching materials.
