I think the business division of this company is reasonable, because if there are stable customers, we must develop new customers. However, the development of new customers needs to manufacture related molds, and the cost is very high. However, this customer has many unstable factors and cannot guarantee long-term cooperation. Instead of putting resources into uncertain business, it is better to use more resources to transform equipment, or to establish good relations with original customers and seek longer-term cooperation. Therefore, the working principles and policies of enterprises are determined by the actual situation of each enterprise, not blindly copied.
Production is the basic department of the company. According to the staff of the production department, there are many kinds of production. As long as the product design is finalized, the production department will be responsible for producing the parts that can be produced, and then put the finished products into storage and wait for the business personnel to arrange shipment.
The main work of the technical department is to design the overall packaging, which is the most important core part of the company. Design product packaging according to customer's information and requirements. In the design process, in order to make the design more in line with the customer's requirements, the technical department often needs to communicate face to face with the customer, or go to the customer's company to see the actual product and measure the size on the spot. At the same time, the work of the technical department also includes the overhaul, maintenance and adjustment of machinery. Technicians have a higher level of professional knowledge and a greater responsibility. I suggest that the company can often organize employees to participate in various training courses to improve production capacity.
After knowing something about the factory, I worked in the production department and the technical department for a while. In the production department, I switch the machine on and off according to the master's instructions, stop it when necessary, and press the relevant button when necessary. I have to admit that my hands-on ability is poor, I often make mistakes, and sometimes I will delay the progress of other processes. Nevertheless, the master patiently pointed out the cause of the mistake for me, analyzed the correction method, and demonstrated the operation many times. Sure enough, my operation made rapid progress by using the coup taught by the master, and I caught up with others' operation step by step without delaying the normal operation of production. In the technical department, my solid theoretical knowledge and skillful use of CAD came in handy.
