This paper puts forward the main contents of power marketing inspection in power supply enterprises, reflects some problems existing in power marketing inspection in China's power sector to some extent, probes into how to manage and construct the internal mechanism of power marketing inspection, and finally puts forward some suggestions on perfecting power marketing inspection.

2. Problems existing in power marketing inspection.

3.4 Improve the personal quality and working ability of inspection team members.
