His main research interests are management science and traffic planning and management. He has won the second prize of scientific and technological progress of the Ministry of Aviation and the first prize of management progress, and the second prize of scientific and technological progress of the National Civil Aviation Administration. Nearly 100 academic papers have been published, and scientific research results have been cited hundreds of times at home and abroad. It has undertaken more than 40 national scientific research projects, management consulting projects of dozens of enterprises, and training for leaders of enterprises, institutions and government departments. He is also a director of Beijing MBA Research Association, a member of the Aerospace Technology and Economic Committee, a member of the Youth Working Committee of the System Engineering Society, an expert in water resources project evaluation of the Ministry of Water Resources, and a special expert of the Basic Industry Department of the National Development and Reform Commission.
