Abstract: This paper introduces the main characteristics and types of urban disasters from the perspective of urban ecology. At the same time, this paper comprehensively discusses the present situation of urban disasters in China and the main prevention measures and objectives. By expounding the severe urban disaster situation and the improvement trend of ecological security in China today, I hope it can provide reference for further theoretical research and the formulation and implementation of effective urban disaster prevention measures.
