Accept acceptance
1. Orders (purchase orders and production orders) need to be checked when goods are put into storage. Only when the material number, name, specification, model and quantity of the goods to be put into storage are consistent with the order can the warehousing procedures be handled.
① It is forbidden to receive goods without bill of lading; Due to special circumstances such as production emergency, personnel going out, etc., it is necessary to consult the superior and the order management department and obtain authorization, but the order management department must fill in the order within one working day;
(2) It is forbidden to receive goods in excess of the order. A small amount of goods received in excess of the order due to the reasonable loss of picking or measuring more or less terms or the minimum production quantity of machine tools shall be within a reasonable range and comply with relevant management norms or regulations.
2. Goods entering the warehouse must be accurately measured and counted by appropriate methods. For receiving goods in large quantities, a certain proportion can be used for unpacking and spot checking. If the actual quantity is found to be less than the marked quantity during the spot check, the goods will be received according to the minimum spot check quantity.
3. When goods are put into storage, they need to go through quality inspection procedures, including:
(1) The purchased and outsourced materials/products must fill in the inspection form, and the formal warehousing formalities can only be handled after passing the inspection; The delivery voucher or temporary receipt voucher provided by other suppliers can only be signed by the warehouse keeper to temporarily receive the quantity, and the official seal representing the company is not allowed.
② In particular, the materials that fail the sampling inspection and are required to be "recycled" or "selected for use" by the production department must conform to the relevant procedures and approval procedures, and the warehouse keeper must indicate the words "unqualified recycling" or "selected for use" when signing.
(3) Self-produced finished products and spare parts must go through warehousing formalities with the quality inspection documents (or documents) of the current batch. Some customers' products also need to have documents confirmed by customers as qualified;
(4) Unqualified products and materials in the workshop need to be put into storage or returned to the warehouse, which must comply with relevant regulations and procedures and be approved by the property management manager. After warehousing, it should be stored separately in a special defective area and clearly marked. It is forbidden to mix with normal materials and products.
4. Warehousing materials and products must be packaged (or loaded) in an appropriate and standardized way. The package is clearly marked, which is consistent with the actually loaded goods. The loading quantity in the same package is uniform, and only one mantissa is allowed in the same batch of goods.
5. The warehouse must promptly notify the purchasing department to handle the return/replenishment of materials that fail to pass the acceptance or are not recovered as required or exceed the order, and the unqualified products found in the workshop production and confirmed by quality inspection as the responsibility of the outsourcing factory.
Goods leaving the warehouse
1. Goods leaving the warehouse must have legally recognized vouchers and descriptions, such as:
(1) Production and distribution shall be handled according to production requisition and temporary requisition;
(2) The finished products are delivered from the warehouse according to the sales order and the delivery notice issued by the management department;
③ The outsourced materials shall be handled according to the outsourced purchase order;
(4) Transfer out of the warehouse with the transfer-out warehouse receipt;
⑤ Technical R&D or other non-production picking shall be handled according to the non-production picking list.
2. All unplanned and unproductive materials shall be signed by the planned purchasing manager.
3. When the goods are delivered out of the warehouse, the consignee/consignee shall sign the delivery order for confirmation.
4. The workshop picking must be the workshop designated personnel; If the company delivers goods, the consignor/consignee must be the person designated by the business department; When a foreign unit picks up the goods by itself, it must check the identity and authorization of the picker.
5. When delivering goods abroad, you must obtain the receipt or receipt certificate stamped with the official seal of the receiving unit and signed by the receiving agent at the first time.
6. Normal production and finished product delivery must be qualified materials. Unqualified materials and products must be distributed according to relevant regulations and procedures, and there are approval procedures.
7. All sales and delivery documents must be audited by the financial department and stamped with the special seal for delivery before leaving the warehouse. If extra pounds of goods need to be delivered, they should be accompanied by two people (one is the warehouse keeper and the other is the security guard or other personnel designated by the administrative department) and signed for confirmation. After the quantity is confirmed, the payment and billing procedures should be handled in time.
8. The acquisition of finished products, non-production acquisition or over-quota production acquisition of all units within the company must be approved by the general manager or his authorized personnel before the acquisition procedures can be handled in the corresponding warehouse area.
9. It is strictly prohibited to leave the warehouse or borrow items from the warehouse without authorization. If it is really necessary to borrow it, it must be approved by the general manager or his authorized personnel and the return date must be agreed (generally not more than three working days).
Goods stacking and warehouse management
1. The warehouse should reasonably plan the warehouse area and location according to the needs of production and operation and the categories, characteristics and characteristics of the inventory turnover items. Divide the areas to be inspected, qualified products and unqualified products according to the categories of goods, and clearly mark them.
2. All goods must be sorted according to warehouse area, warehouse location, varieties, specifications and models, and small materials should be put on the shelves. Stacking is regular, leaving only one packing mantissa for the same goods. Arrange in time according to the above requirements after receiving and dispatching operations.
3. Materials, product status identification and card storage records are clear, accurate and updated in time, and placed in the obvious position of the corresponding goods.
4. Warehouse facilities, appliances and sundries, such as forklifts, floors, loading containers/iron baskets, cleaning tools, etc. , when not in use, should be neatly placed in the designated location, it is strictly prohibited to occupy the channel or throw it around at will.
5. The site (including office space and warehouse) should be clean and tidy. If waste paper or dust is found, it should be cleaned at any time to meet the requirements of 7S management.
6. Delivery shall be made in strict accordance with the principle of "first in first out".
Safety protection
1. Fireworks are not allowed in the warehouse. Engineering welding shall be submitted for approval in advance and preventive measures shall be taken, and a special person shall be responsible for management.
2. The warehouse must be equipped with fire-fighting equipment in accordance with regulations, and be inspected, maintained and supplemented regularly; It is forbidden to block fire exits, facilities and equipment.
3. Ensure that the warehouse is ventilated and dry, and do a good job of anti-theft, anti-rust, waterproof, moisture-proof, insect-proof and dust-proof.
4. It is forbidden to bring inflammable and explosive articles into the warehouse. Flammable and explosive articles corresponding to warehouse management should be placed in independent storage areas that meet the requirements of safety management.
5. Materials and products shall not be placed directly on the ground.
6. Regularly check the storage quality of the stored materials, and take revenge on the materials beyond the shelf life in time.
7. Without permission, no one can enter or leave the warehouse at will except the storekeeper. Delivery/pick-up personnel shall enter and leave the warehouse accompanied by the warehouse keeper, and shall not stay in the warehouse after handling.
8. Before coming off work, the warehouse keeper should check whether the doors and windows of the warehouse, power supply and water supply are switched on and off to ensure the safety of the warehouse.
