The subjects of this study are employees of enterprises in China. Under the social and cultural background with China characteristics, there is not much research on the career plateau image of enterprise employees, especially on the career plateau, job satisfaction and job performance of enterprise employees in China. This study expects to put forward specific suggestions to effectively alleviate or avoid the problem of career plateau, improve employees' job satisfaction and performance, and provide basis and guidance for human resource management.
