How to determine the list of blind evaluation of Lanzhou University papers
The evaluation of dissertations is organized and implemented by graduate schools and training units, and it is strictly forbidden for tutors to evaluate dissertations themselves.

Generally speaking, the blind evaluation of papers mainly focuses on three points: 1. Hard indicators of the paper, such as word count, format specification, workload, repetition rate, etc. 2. The outline of the paper, whether the results are complete, whether the logic is strict, and whether the content is complete; 3. The content of the paper, first look at the summary conclusion, quickly capture the overall context, arguments and innovations of the paper, and then return to the paper for demonstration.

The subjects of blind examination are mainly graduate students, master students and doctoral students, mainly dissertations, especially graduate students. Every year, some papers are taken for blind examination. Many schools will adopt a double-blind evaluation method for doctoral dissertations, which is required for all doctoral dissertations, and each person will submit three copies for evaluation. Master students (including those applying for equivalent academic degrees) shall be submitted in duplicate for preliminary examination according to 3 ~ 5% of the number of respondents who applied for dissertation in that year.
