Because it's English, generally speaking, writing papers in English should use 1 1 or 12. Arial fonts generally use 1 1 dot, and more formal TimesNewRomans generally use 12 dot, and 1 dot is 1/6 inch, so if the line spacing is 1, 1 inch is equivalent to 6 lines. However, if the line spacing is 2, 1 inch is equivalent to 3 lines (the more formal line spacing is 1.5 to 2, which is generally required). If I write my thesis in English, I can probably write 13. Generally, I can write 6 lines with no more than 95 words and 3 lines with no more than 50 words, and only write and print in word documents. If it is handwritten, there may be a little distance between letters and words, and the words may be written a little bigger, so the line spacing is 1 1 inch, with a maximum of about 90 words, and the line spacing is 2 and a maximum of 47.
According to Hermione's 15 inch:
When the line spacing is 1, the homework is 90 lines. If the beginning of each paragraph is a little empty, the last line of each paragraph will not be full, and it is not always 1 inch 95 (printed) /90 (handwritten), so even if printed, it will not exceed 1 180 (I will count the papers myself.
If the line spacing is 2, the job is 45 lines. Subtract all kinds, it will probably print about 680 (that is, count the words in my own paper). The reason why 1360 is more than line spacing 1 after two times is because the number of paragraphs is different, so it is different if the first and last lines are not filled in. If you write by hand, it is about 645 words.
About 650 words is a medium-length assignment (but it will take at least half a day to complete if you are not distracted, and it is too time-consuming to find information). Large homework is generally at least 1800 (this is a short essay). If it is really a big assignment, 3000 words is indispensable, and group assignments can't run without 5000 words. But generally speaking, there is only one large/large/group assignment in each class in a semester, and there are generally no more than three or four assignments of medium length.
