We can often see different column styles in newspapers, which is the most common typesetting method. So how to set up columns for typesetting in word?

Method 1:

1. Press and hold the left mouse button to select the text to be divided into columns, and then click the upper page layout menu bar with the left mouse button.

2. Click the column with the left mouse button and select the column format from the drop-down list.

Method 2:

1. First press and hold the left mouse button to select the text to be divided into columns, and then click the page layout menu bar above with the left mouse button.

2. Click the left mouse button to select more columns. Then enter the number of columns to split.

3. In the pop-up dialog box, click OK with the left mouse button, and the column typesetting is set successfully.
